PAE Group Philanthropy Department Program Associate

We are looking for a young, energetic, quality-driven individual to join our dynamic team. The PAE Philanthropy program associate is responsible for day-to-day administration, organizing and driving the verification process, support of project development, and organization of volunteer activities. You will work directly with PAE’s Chairman and PAEp’s Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily administration of PAE Philanthropy, including: Managing the NPO verification process; database development and management; planning and executing multi- company CSR activities; etc.
  • Organizing, planning, and managing volunteer activities (PAE team members & corporate partners)
  • Assist and develop projects and relationships in PAEp areas of activity
  • Supporting the manager in communication and activity co-ordination with corporate CSR partners
  • Support administration of The Halo Fund

Requirements

  • BA or above in business administration, non-profit administration, social entrepreneurship, project/ event management, or related fields
  • Understanding of non-profit/foundation management, or related fields is a plus
  • P&L Management experience is a plus
  • Recent Graduate or up to 5 years working experience
  • Understanding of China’s non-profit landscape and associated regulatory environment is a plus
  • Good project management skills and capable of working to deadlines
  • Good workload and time management skills
  • Strong and diplomatic communication skills and a structured approach to work
  • Detail oriented and excited by challenges
  • Creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, a drive to succeed
  • Fluent Chinese and English, willingness and aptitude to learn
  • Open-minded, flexible, inspiring, positive, ambitious, credible, diligent & motivated personality

This full-time position requires a team player, with an outgoing personality and an understanding of cultural diversity. Chinese or Western applicants welcome, but note proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
