Piëch Asia Enterprises (PAE) is a privately-owned business incubator that develops fast, creative, and occasionally eccentric ventures. Based in Beijing, we currently operate companies in television production and recruiting.

 

Unlike traditional business incubators, the equity of the companies is held by PAE and shared upon success and de-incubation with the managing entrepreneurs via a sweat equity model. After operating costs are covered, including the costs of incubating new ventures, 100% of PAE’s profits are used for philanthropic programs. No money ever leaves the company except for a good cause. That makes us not only a business incubator, but a social venture too.

Founded in 2009, the PAE Group grew rapidly and successfully. At the moment, we have two operational (and money-making) companies:

PAE Media: Tailor-made TV
PAE Media creates brand-driven shows for prime-time Chinese television. Its customers are major Chinese and multinational Business to Consumer companies who are seeking new, subtle, yet powerful marketing opportunities in branded entertainment.

Design Talent: Bringing companies and designers together
Design Talent connects the design world with the business world. It helps designers from every industry find jobs and projects, and helps companies find the design talent they need. The company also runs workshops, sets up lectures, and holds networking events — everything it can to develop Chinaʼs rapidly growing design industry.
